How Genius Finder works

1. Take a short (10 minute) online questionnaire that unpacks your profile

The psychometric questionnaire explores your strengths and challenges across 13 categories.

The categories cover areas such as Sensory, Creativity, Memory, Self-organisation. Read more about these categories here.

2. The platform assesses your responses and immediately identifies strategies for personal development related to your challenges

Easily see how you rate across the 13 categories before choosing which to learn more about, and which to find recommended strategies for how to develop them.

3. Access your reports and if you want to, share them with others.

Simple access to downloadable PDF reports, or view them online
Full length detail and summary report formats available
Save or print for your use or to share. For example, with a manager, coach or colleagues

4. Prioritise categories to focus on. The platform recommends the most relevant strategies for you or you can choose yourself.

You choose when to explore the strategies and select some yourself to add to your Plan and try them out at work
Or use Genius Finder’s in-built recommendation system to start you off with what it suggests
Come back and try others at any time

5. Revisit your plan as often as you like to test out new strategies and learn more about your strengths and challenges.

Adding a few strategies at a time helps build a workable Action Plan without overwhelming you. Once you feel you have improved in your chosen areas, you can come back to the platform and add some more.

My Genius Finder is the platform for individual users. Genius Finder Pro is the platform for organisations / companies and their staff.

My Genius Finder membership costs £42 (£35 + VAT) for 12 months unlimited access, downloads and free upgrades. For more information, please see the My Genius Finder page for Individuals.

Your subscription does not automatically renew to ensure there’s no unwanted charges. You can easily renew each year online.

If you forget your password it can be reset via the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page.

Your report will contain recommendations to help you improve your weakest areas and help you make the most out of your competencies and strengths.

The recommendations are designed with cost factors in mind with the aim to keep them free or otherwise as affordable as possible.

Reports are available only to the user and cannot be accessed by anybody else. It is completely up to the user whether or not to show their line manager their report.
