Individuals complete the strengths profiler
Each team member completes the profiler survey in just 10 to 15 minutes. It evaluates workplace skills across 13 areas such as numeracy, self-organisation, creativity and reading concentration.
Individual strengths profiles and action plans
The platform’s proprietary algorithm builds a personalised strengths-led profile, report and action plan for all users. It provides insights into strengths, gaps, and optimisation opportunities.

Workplace needs evaluation
Use Genius Finder as part of Workplace Needs Assessments (WNA) for more effective and cost-efficient outcomes. Before a WNA it will uncover the strengths and challenge for an individual - meaning support does not need to wait for a WNA to happen and the information can form part of the WNA conversation itself. As follow-up after the WNA, Genius Finder will guide and structure the recommendations.
Manager companion toolkit
Genius Finder can be a key part of a manager's "toolkit". It equips managers with the guidance they need to more easily discuss the workplace skills, competencies and development areas for each team member. We know managers can find it hard knowing how to raise a challenge area with a team member. They may see somebody is struggling with a skill like self-organisation or emotional regulation, but they don't know how to start the conversation. So instead, using Genius Finder, they can just talk very straightforwardly about the skills, tasks and behaviours associated with the work.

Coaching companion tool

They can use Genius Finder with their coach / manager to set goals, to revisit those goals, utilise the skills development strategies, pick what they want to work on and develop from there.It forms a integrated record of what is done in the coaching.
