What is Genius Finder?
Genius Finder is a powerful online platform that enables individuals and organisations to understand their unique skills, challenges and potential – and in turn to improve workplace performance. Genius Finder successfully pinpoints strengths and challenges in workplace capabilities. It focusses on supporting the individual with personalised and actionable recommendations to enable high performance and remove blocked potential. In turn, it delivers the same benefits for the teams, departments and wider organisations they are usually part of. Suitable for both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals, the platform delivers easy access to expert-led insight and guidance. Designed by a team of internationally recognised psychologists with over two decades of real-world experience, Genius Finder draws on a range of independently validated occupational psychology methods and tools that all demonstrate evidence-based practice.
How is Genius Finder different from other profiling tools?

About the Profiler
How long does the profiler take to complete?
The profiler typically takes 10-15 minutes. Some users may need to consider their responses more carefully, in which case it is normal to take over 30 minutes. You can take breaks and return to finish later if needed. The assessment is self-paced and designed to be completed in a comfortable, distraction-free environment.
What types of questions are included?
The assessment includes a variety of question types that help us understand your confidence in a range of workplace related skills. In total there are 13 categories of skills such Literacy, Memory, Emotional Regulation, Social Communication etc. All questions are designed to be engaging and relevant to real-world workplace situations.
Can I retake the profiler?
Yes you can take the profiler as many times you like as part of your subscription. As general guidance, it works well to take the profiler, spend a few weeks understanding how your skills strengths and development areas really work for you, based on the guidance in your Genius Finder report. Practice some of the recommendations (strategies) the tool gives you. Then once you have seen which strategies are most effective, it is worth considering retaking the profiler. Other reasons for retaking the profiler can be a change in your current job role e.g. a new project, a new job entirely, or if you are finding you are struggling with something new or different.
Is there a right or wrong answer?
No! The profiler is all about understanding how confident you are in work-related skills.
Results & Reports
When will I receive my profiler results?
An individual user receives their Genius Finder skills profile almost immediately after completing the questions. Our advanced algorithms use the latest machine learning approaches to analyse the data, meaning in only a few moments, your profile is available online, or to download in PDF format.
What information is included in my report?
Your personalised report includes your strengths and development areas, personalised recommendations, and action planning guidance. Premium reports include additional insights and coaching recommendations.
How should I interpret my results?
Each report includes clear explanations and guidance for interpreting your results. We also offer optional consultation sessions with our qualified psychologists to help you understand and apply your insights effectively.
Can I share my results with others?
Your results are completely confidential and belong to you. You can choose to share them with employers, coaches, or family members as you see fit. We provide guidance on how to effectively communicate your results to others.
Technical & Security
Is my data secure and confidential?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade security measures and are fully GDPR compliant. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, and we never share personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. What devices can I use to take the assessment?
Our assessment platform works on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. We recommend using a device with a screen size of at least 10 inches for the best experience, and ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Do you offer assessments in multiple languages?
Currently, our assessments are available in English, with additional language versions in development. We are working on validated translations to ensure cultural and linguistic appropriateness across different populations.
What happens if I experience technical difficulties?

What are the different pricing options?
We offer individual packages starting from £45 for Essential. Coming soon is the Core package which includes an online consultation with one of our expert coaches. Organisational pricing is customised based on team size and requirements. Please see the dedicated pages for Individuals and Organisations to get more details.
Do you offer discounts for students or bulk purchases?
We offer educational discounts for students and academic institutions, as well as volume discounts for organisations. Contact our sales team to discuss pricing options that fit your specific needs and budget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For organisational purchases, we can also arrange invoicing and purchase order processing to fit your procurement requirements.

What support is available after I receive my results?
All packages include email support for questions about your results. Professional and Premium packages include consultation sessions with qualified psychologists, and Premium packages offer ongoing coaching support and progress tracking.
Do you provide training for organizations?
Yes, we offer comprehensive training programs for HR professionals, managers, and coaches on how to interpret and apply assessment results effectively. Training can be delivered in-person, virtually, or through our online learning platform.
Can you integrate with our existing HR systems?
We offer API integrations with most major HR platforms including Workday, BambooHR, and custom systems. Our technical team can work with your IT department to ensure seamless integration with your existing workflows.
